If you are not satisfied with the service performed by Daves Carpet Cleaning LLC, you may request a refund within seven (5) days of work completion. All refunds for services are subject to these conditions:

  • We do not guarantee the removal of spots or stains. Some spots and/or stains may be permanent.
  • We assume no responsibility for pre-existing conditions affecting a property we perform service at. This includes (but is not limited to) things such as: Environmental issues, pet damage, odors, water damage, smoke & fire damage, mold or mildew growth, flooring, upholstery, rugs or any textile with ordinary wear, excessive use or installation issues.
  • We must be allowed an opportunity to inspect the property and area of concern, including an inspection by an independent 3rd party at our discretion.
  • We must be allowed the opportunity to correct, perform, or re-perform services as called for.
